Located in the heart of the East Village, less than a block away from Tompkins Square Park is our amazing 1900 sqft 4-bedroom duplex, with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and quiet private outdoor space. We have a full entertainment set up with unfettered (I mean free) access to Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, and Sho-Go. It's blocks away from the subway, restaurants, bars, etc. The building includes access to a private gym, laundry, 4 public outdoor spaces which include 3 roof decks (one has a 360 view of the city), and a 24/7 doorman.

The bedroom comes furnished with a full bed, dresser, and has a walk-in closet (pictures in of the room are featured in the post).

I am seeking a responsible, respectful, and clean roommate to share the apartment with me and my roommates who are quiet, clean, respectful, chill and rarely home under normal circumstances. We are all have been sheltering-in place outside of the city for the past 2 weeks and have been COVID-19 free for those 2 weeks.

I would like someone to commit to at least 3 months, but I am flexible. The room is $1650 a month and the rent includes all utilities, Internet, and monthly cleaning service!
