Looking to rent to a Female only no couples, the room will be for you only no sleep overs or hang outs here no drugs or drunks party time is out there. Must have a job not looking for one ,must be clean if possible no bed bugs here so please have your cloths clean as you can see in the photos the room is clean and neat. You will be given clean sheets once a week the bed is a queen size bed you have also A/C Netflix, Apple TV, prime tv, Disney TV ,there is a full size bathroom and a small one with a toilet and sink, Utilities are include as long as it?s not abused. THIS WILL BE CASH ONLY no checks, must be on time rent is due on the first of the month not half now half later, you have all the transportation that one needs , this is a safe home with a sense of humor we all get a long great.
