East Village Roommate Wanted - Stellar Locale

Roommate wanted to take one private bedroom of two bedroom apartment.

Apt features shared large kitchen and living room both with exposed brick, shared bathroom, and shared space in the hall closet. The bedroom is not large, but does feature some smart storage areas. The kitchen is great for cooking and has both a regular oven/stove and a grill top stove. I do eat meat and dairy, but can be sensitive to vegetarian/vegan needs if necessary when using items in the kitchen.

The location is amazing - 3rd Street between 1st & 2nd Ave. Four floor walk-up apt.

Utilities are additional (gas, heat, internet) and come to roughly $150 per person per month.

Immediate move in available.

Month-to-month, and currently looking for two months but possible to go longer - to be discussed at the time of viewing.

The other bedroom is rented by a male - applicants of any gender identity welcome to apply.

No pets.

Roommate is easy-going long time resident who bartends and enjoys the NY Public Library.
