I am looking to sublet the room for the months of June and July (move in ASAP, lease ends July 31st). We can prorate for June, and July rent is $950.
I am a recent New York University graduate, as are my two roommates (both female, 21 and 22 years old).
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a virtual doorman to get into the building, no elevator. We just got an AC installed. It is located on 9th street, between 1st Avenue and Avenue A. This is a wonderful location right next to Tompkins Square park!
The common space is cozy, with exposed brick and plenty of natural light. And there is a laundromat just around the corner - less than a block away! And no pets are allowed!
The room be cleaned / disinfected prior to your move in.
