Large, Bright and Spacious Room in East Village

Sublet is available for a room in a large, sunny and bright 4BR/2BA apartment. The apartment is large and on the second floor of a walk-up. Location is unbeatable: 10th Street and 2nd Avenue just a five minute walk from the 456, NQRW and L trains.
One of my roommates is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace him. Rent for the room is $1,700.

The size of the room is 13' x 9' and comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, and desk. The room has its own closet and comes equipped with an AC. The living room is large and furnished with sofas and a large dinner table which doubles as a perfect desk for work-from home needs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances.

Move in date is July 1, though there is some flexibility around the date so an earlier date is also possible. Three male roommates are 25-27 and working in consulting and tech. Now is a strange time to be renting in New York, but we're flexible with accommodations. Please write me a few lines about yourself and we can set up a viewing of the apt.
