Sunny furnished East Village bedroom

Hello!
I am seeking a roommate to rent the second room in my 2bed, 1.5bath East Village apartment.

The room is fully furnished so I can't accommodate any furniture you may want to bring. But personal items and decor are welcome for your bedroom!

The lease is for a minimum of at least 6 months (longer is welcome). I will be showing the room by appointment - please see details below and let me know if you're interested. Room is available now.

About the bedroom:
The room fully furnished, has brick walls, two windows and a fire-escape, it's air-conditioned and there's an armoire for clothes, a bed, a TV, desk with chair and a bedside table.

About the space:
The apartment is nicely & fully furnished. It's a pre-war building located in the very cute & convenient East Village / LES / Noho / NYU area near many restaurants, shops, cafes, whole foods, the 4,5,6, N, R, W, F, & V trains - in the heart of it all. The apartment features 1.5 baths; a nice kitchen; exposed brick; a fireplace and two bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment, providing more privacy.

Conditions: The apartment will be available September 1st and the rent is $1,800 a month (utilities are not included). You will need to provide a one-month security deposit, which will be reimbursed upon the end of the sub-lease, given the apartment and furnishings are in the condition that you found them.

Roommate preference: My requests are that you have a steady income and references. Respectful, professional who won't bring the party home and will help keep the apt tidy/clean. No couples. No smoking. No pets.

About your roommate: Respectful, young professional male who works 9-5hours. Keeps a clean, peaceful apt and expects the same in a roommate. Active social life outside of the apt.
