We are looking to rent or sublet a flex room for $1260 in East Village at the intersection of 7th and Ave B, from mid Oct through July (does not include electricity or WiFi) with option to renew. Start date can be flexible. The room can come furnished.

The apartment is facing a quiet street, right by Tompkins Square Park, walking distance from East River Park, in the heart of so many good restaurants and bars, nearby to many grocery stores, and has access to the M, F, and 6 trains (12 min walk). The room gets lots of natural light and comes with an AC. The apartment is cozy and truly a home to us. It has a private balcony, a dishwasher, full suite of kitchen appliances, hanging bike storage, and is located on the fifth floor. The building has an elevator, doorman, couple rooftop spaces, laundry in building, and a gym.

Current roommates are two wonderful (remote) working women in their late 20s and a Frenchie fur baby named Winston. We are homebodies and love to bake/eat, play with the pup, and explore the city. We are looking for another female-identifying roommate that is clean and respectful, all backgrounds and orientations welcome.
