Top Floor Roof Deck Apartment. Room Available!

I am looking for a new roommate to occupy the top floor room of my 3br / 1bth East Village apartment. There is a roof deck with amazing views of Uptown Manhattan. We also have a little step ladder so that we can go on the roof of the room, where you have a great Downtown Manhattan view. That part of the roof is flat and is great for sun tanning and has the best view in the city for the 4th of July Fireworks each year. Other roommate is only in the apartment 3x a week. Is a 3rd shift boat Captain on the Staten Island Ferry. Room comes with a TV, Mini-fridge, AC, and heater unit. Room comes furnished with new twin bed frame, new twin bed mattress with new cover, TV, dresser, and pop-up closet. All Utilities are included. Heat, Hot Water, Electric, Gas, and Internet. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The roof deck is only shared with myself and the other roommate in the apartment. Everything in the apartment has been deep cleaned and sanitized! I work as a bar manager in Brooklyn and am there 5-6 days, 50-70 hours a week... I work a lot. Just looking for a chill and clean roommate to enjoy the great location and this very special apartment. First month, Last Month, and $500 security deposit to move in. We are a 3 minute walk to from the Astor Place 6 train, 5 min walk from the 8th St - NYU N & R Trains. Laundry downstairs for a $1 per pound. Also a laundry mat around the corner if that's your thing. Potential roommate must be employed and show proof of employment. Long term roommate is preferred! Once you need to leave, all I ask is for 30 days notice and that the room is cleaned in the condition that you received it in. Thanks for your interest!
