I'm moving out and renting my charming room. It's fully furnished with a single bed, fold down futon, desk, dresser, full closet and two windows. It has it's own entrance directly into the room and the other roommate has their own entrance on the other side of the apt separated by a long hall. The bathroom is conveniently next to the bedroom and the kitchen on the other end of the apt. No shared living room and the bathroom and kitchen is shared with my roommate, 28 male, friendly, clean, and considerate roommate who works nights in the neighborhood.

The space is like a mini studio and is very private, cozy, and quiet situated in the back of the building away from the street with great light and a quiet ambiance. The apt is in the heart of the east village on 6th street, one block from Tompkins Square Park and close to all the great restaurants and public transportation.

It's located on a 5th floor walk up but really 4th in a quiet building. Dishwasher in the kitchen, and laundry around the corner. All utilities are included and the apt has solid wifi for anyone working from home. Looking for a clean and considerate roommate with an at home relaxed quiet vibe to replace myself in the apt.
