The apartment is 1st-floor meaning you do not have to truck up and down 2-5 stairways every day. The room is very quiet for sleeping. 165 square feet. More pics coming.

The layout is two floors, 1 ? bathroom, 4 bedrooms, and a kitchen. The full bath is upstairs. The ? bath and kitchen are downstairs. Two floors and long hallways mean more privacy for all. The current roommates are all professionals.

This furnished room includes a TV, queen-sized bed, nightstand, table light, dimmable doube-set of ceiling lights, workstation/table, dresser, love seat that folds out, lots of shelving and an A/C are included.

The Spectrum package comes with all premium channels (HBO, Starz, TMC, Epix, SHO, MAX) and a DVR. An Ethernet line is provided for this room and also Wi-fi of course. The speed is 200 down, 20 up. TV and the internet together cost $60/month. We also have an expanded sports package with channels from PAC12, SEC, ACC, NFL, Big 10 games, ATP/WTA and a slew of ESPN's

The cost monthly for Con-Ed is seasonal and mostly driven by A/C use. As we are rolling into the fall, it means the heat is subsiding and Con Ed will be dropping. Past bills varied from $60 in the winter to $130 in the summer.

Two blocks away is the NYPD 9th Precinct so this area is safer than most.

The Astor Place 6-train is an under 5-minute walk with the R-W down another short avenue on 8th street to Broadway. There are a ton of bars, restaurants and everything else but you know the current gig.
