The apartment is located on Saint Marks Pl right next to Tompkins park and very cozy - just the right space for those who want to come home to a quiet and comfortable place. It is shared with two female roommates - one is Australian in her late 20s and the other one American in her mid 30s. Laundry and dishwasher are in the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and the bathroom has a bathtub. Roommates often work from other apartments and may be back in the office in January.
