About you: You are a respectful person who pays rent on time.
About me: Professional male, software engineer. 30yrs old. Friendly, social, and active.
Terms:
• The room is available now and the rent is $1,650 a month.
• Must provide a one-month security deposit, which will be reimbursed upon the end of the sub-lease, given the apartment and furnishings are in the condition that you found them.
• Utilities are split / half of the electric and Internet would be your responsibility to pay.
