Part of 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. On the 5th floor of a 6 story building. Elevator building, virtual doorman.

Roommates are late 20s males. One is a medical resident (so doesn’t work from home) and the other is a college grad who works in the sports industry. Both cool, social guys who like sports and music.

Current rent is $2100 but this lease renews on June 30 and there’s leverage to get the rent down overall approx $500 bucks, which would drop the rent on this room to about $1850.
