East Village Cottage

I have a small bedroom available for rent. It includes a twin bed, a work desk, office chair, 2 large closets for storage and 1 closet with shelving. Its quiet, and the room has an ac unit, and there is wifi. The apartment has an efficiency kitchen so there is everything available for cooking. My apartment is one block from the F train, and two blocks from the 6 train. There are many restaurants in the area, and Whole Foods is just one block away. The shared areas of the apartment are the kitchen and bathroom. I have a cat, and she stays in my room. Please forward any questions you may have to me. If I have omitted anything, please don't be shy and ask. My neighborhood and buildnig are lgbt friendly You can smoke in the courtyard, but not in the apartment.
