2 Month Sublet in LARGE East Village Apt

We are looking to sublet one of the bedrooms in our 3-bedroom East Village apartment from January 30th to March 25th (dates somewhat flexible but looking to fill the room for that span)

If you're looking to for a fun 2-month stay in NYC , this is your spot.

The apartment is in a PRIME East Village/Union Square location. (3rd Ave between 12th and 13th street). There is an overabundance of amazing restaurants and bars and it's very close to all the subways in Union Square.

The apartment is also massive (over 1600 square feet). All appliances are brand new, laundry in unit, the couch is big enough to have multiple friends sleepover and the available bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed.

I am looking to sublet one of the bedrooms for February and most of March while I travel.

The existing roommates (Bryan and Andre) will be in and out of the apartment during your stay. They are very easy to get along with and love meeting new people! All we ask is that you treat our apartment with respect. You are welcome to have friends visit and use the apartment for small social gatherings during your stay.

The total amount due for the sublet is $2700/month and we will not require a security deposit.
