Hey everyone, I have a reserve on a place, 8 Peter Cooper Rd, in the "Stuytown" area. move in 9/1 and fingers crossed to find a roommate asap! Large bedrooms, awesome area. If you're not familiar with the community, it's at the northern end of the East Village/east of Gramercy/south of Kips Bay. I could go on and on about why I love the area, but rather you check out Stuytown. com to check it out and see the awesome amenities included. In case you have a pet, (I don't) they are welcome. All utilities, WIFI/cable included.
As for me, I'm a friendly, easy going, honest guy I enjoy reading, running, fitness, gaming, good food & conversation and love exploring the city. I work in finance, mostly from home and keep it low key during the week relaxing in the usual ways, but always make the most of the weekend and everything the city has to offer.
A relaxed, friendly comfortable vibe is what I'm going for.
