I am a graduating NYU student seeking a roommate ASAP. I have an apartment at 329 E 13th that I shared with a friend for the past year. Well, the friend has moved out, but I like my apartment. Lease is until October 1st.
I myself am an easy-going, fairly extroverted guy who would love to be good friends with my roommate, but it is not a priority. I am very happy to exchange messages and answer any questions you have about the apartment!
My apartment has it's fair of idiosyncrasies, but it has a large kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a great deal of natural sunlight. Your room would be a loft room.
I will upload photos SEP 3rd or 4th. The apartment is currently unfurnished outside of my room, but I have plans to furnish it myself as soon as I can guarantee a roommate (but if you have treasured furniture, there is space for it!).
