I am currently looking for a tenant for a three-bedroom apartment with two other roommates, both NYU undergrads. The rent covers the tenant's share of the electric bill each month and the Wi-Fi bill. Currently, I have a single in my bed. However, one could fit a double, but there wouldn't be as much space as in the pictures. If the tenant is interested, I am willing to sell my bed frame and mattress for $150. (If there is any other furniture you would like, please message me.) There is no bike storage in the building; however, there is ample space in the apartment. The room is available for the entirety of the Spring semester, from January to the end of May. If you are in the area, you can see the space in person. However, we could set up a Zoom call for a virtual meeting. Reach out for questions and concerns.
