My girlfriend and I live in the east village in a 3-bedroom and are in need of a roommate to help with rent. We are 26-year olds who have lived in NYC/Colorado for the past few years and enjoy hiking, cooking, museums and skiing. We are pretty active but generally not out very late on the weekends. We are also very clean and would appreciate the same in a roommate.
The room for rent is reasonably large (currently fits a queen bed no problem), has 1 window, and central air. We would share 1 large bathroom. The bedroom for rent is in the photos (1 bedroom is used as a home office, ours is not pictured). There is also a large kitchen / living room (pictured) that we’d share…this would be furnished, you’d really just need a bed and dresser.
