East Village Room w/ Closet & In-Unit Washer/Dryer

Hi everyone! We are looking for a new roommate to fill our 3rd bedroom for a Nov 1 move-in. The apartment is in the middle of the East Village, conveniently located to the L, 4-5-6, F, and RW trains. It's right in the center of the neighborhood surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. We have lived here for a year and absolutely love it!

The place has a newly renovated kitchen with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher) and **in-unit washer & dryer**. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen fully stocked with cookware.

The room has 2 large windows that gets amazing natural light all day and recessed overhead lighting. The room is about 8x11, it fits a queen (there isn't a closet but is plenty of room to add one with a queen bed and desk).

We are 2 females 29 & 31. We met on this app and have become great friends. Our weeks are a mix of work, fitness classes, and happy hour/dinner out, and we love to be out taking advantage of all the city has to offer during the weekend. Would love to be friends with our new roommate but can also respect each other's space. We are clean and take good care to keep our shared spaces that way. We're looking for a female in her late 20s-early 30s who enjoys watching trash tv on the couch as much as a night out.

To move in you’ll have to submit the typical documentation to be officially accepted and added to the lease. Your share of the rent is $1,983. To move in you'll need 1st month's rent, & security deposit (1 months rent).
