Private room available in a 2B2B apartment

I am looking for a roommate to occupy the private bed room in a 2B2B third floor walk up apartment in East village.
I would prefer someone signing a long term lease over a short term, but open to both.

Apartment features:

About me:
I am a 28M working full time as tech lead in a MNC. I will be working three days from office and rest of the days from home.
On weekends, I would be either out or working on my tech startup. I prefer someone who dont bring party to home on weekdays. Its chill to do whatever on weekends. The drawing room is unfurnished except I own a TV. I rarely use that space except to cook, so that space is completely upto you to use however.
