June 1 - Aug 31: Large Furnished Room in East Vill

Hello there! My name is Matt and I am looking for someone to occupy the second bedroom in my duplex this summer (June 1 - Aug 31 (3 months)). The room is large and comes with a queen sized bed, a large closet, air conditioning, and your own private entrance. The bedroom and shared bathroom are upstairs, and my room and the kitchen are downstairs. The building has laundry facilities, an elevator, and a community courtyard/garden.
