The apartment comes with a private roof deck and 2 bathrooms. I have my own bathroom so the second one would be yours. It’s located on 13th St between 2nd and 3rd Avenue right by Union Square. It’s overall a pretty great location and I love living here. Your rent (utilities included) would come out to $3250 a month. You’re paying for a prime location with an expansive roof with a view of the Empire State Building which is a pretty phenomenal deal given the current market. The unit also includes: washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
