Private furnished room with office alcove and garden in 3bd/2ba garden duplex. Three blocks to Union Square (4,5,6, N, R, Q+L). One block to 3rd Ave L.

The bedroom is 120 sq. ft. freshly painted, with 8’ ceilings divided into two areas: a sleeping room and a dressing area/office space. Comes with a deep double hung closet, queen bed, ceiling fan and small fridge. Has a window with an AC unit and 2 mirrored walls. The room is at garden level and has access to a private yard, which is shared with the other roommates and has a full bathroom.

The upstairs area of the duplex has 11’ ceilings and contains a painting studio, second bathroom, and a galley kitchen with a dining counter.

The other roommates are two male professionals (and a red standard poodle). One roommate is a professional visual artist who has lived here since the 1990s; the other roommate works in film/TV production and fashion retail and has lived here for a few years now.

We care a lot about having a good relationship between roommates, so please include plenty of info about yourself in your response! We’re ideally looking for single male residents who don’t have furniture. Must be LGBT-friendly.
