$1,350 Room in Elevator Building Steps to Subway

We are looking to fill one room in the Financial District in a 3 bedroom/one bathroom apartment (close to Fulton St station - AC12345JZR, 6, W and E close by).

The room is $1,350/month and is available now through the end of the lease July 31, 2020 (renewing the lease can be discussed between everyone at that time).

The Location:
- Convenient as there are multiple subway stops within 2 - 3 blocks: Fulton Station (1,2,3,4,5, A, C, J, Z), World Trade Center (E Train) and the PATH Train, R train at Cortlandt St., 6 train at Brooklyn Bridge City Hall.
- Very safe. The Federal Reserve is 1 block away, there is police presence in the area
- Close to South Street Seaport, Stone Street, Battery Park, and Wall St
- Grocery stores, restaurants/bars nearby, multiple gym options (NYSC, Equinox, Crunch, Blink, Planet Fitness, and more)
- Century 21 department store is around the corner

About the apartment:
- Separate from all the other apartment units on the floor and does not face the street so it is very quiet
- 120 sq ft living room and kitchen with new fridge
- 3 real bedrooms that don't share walls
- Two elevators
- In-building superintendent: very responsive and helpful
- In-building laundry with 6 washer and dryer units (accepts credit card)
- Common area is fully furnished

Room:
- Air conditioning window unit already installed
- Fits queen size bed
- Lots of windows
- Quiet

Cost: $1,350/month, Utilities run ~$50 - 100/per person for electricity and internet (lower end in winter, higher end in summer). Water, and gas are already included in the rent. We have a cleaning person come through and do the common areas once a month (~$20 /per person). Must pay one month security deposit.

You: Must like animals (I have a tabby cat who is very sweet and I am looking for a roommate who doesn't mind looking after him if I'm away on vacation), reliable, clean/quiet side, professional, female roommate preferred.
