Looking for a responsible roommate to share a massive 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Financial District. Your share of the rent would be $1, 700/month which includes heat and hot water. Utilities, cable, and internet would be shared. The apartment will be available starting November 1st.

About the apartment
The apartment is huge. Approximately 700 square feet and comes semi-furnished. You would be getting the largest, corner bedroom which has two windows (one on each wall) facing out onto Wall St. and William St. The bedroom has it's own independently controlled A/C and heating system (no window units needed), and two large closets. You would also have a third walk-in closet adjacent to the living room, which gives you tons of closet space.

About the building
This is a luxury high-rise, full-service building with a very friendly 24 hour doorman staff, 6 elevators, underground garage parking, a newly renovated fitness center, rooftop deck, and clubroom... basically the works. There are over 20 laundry machines on the same floor as this apartment and a dozen or so more on the 16th floor, though I've never seen all machines used at the same time, so doing laundry is super convenient. Most people in the building are either married couples or working professionals and it's generally pretty quiet with no noisy neighbors.

Super-convenient commute:
Directly next to the 2 and 3 train (literally walk out the door and 15 feet to the left.)
1 block from 4 and 5 express train and a 5 minute walk to the Fulton Street Station for A/C/E/2/3/4/5/6.
1 block from the J/Z trains.
