Amazing Private Room In The Best Luxury Building

My roommate is moving out on November 29th so I'm looking for a new one, available long term or short term. We live in a fantastic modern luxury apartment building at 95 Wall St, probably the best building in the Financial District. The apartment is chic and well maintained with new modern appliances and gorgeous interiors. I'm looking for an individual who's fun, responsible, and relatively clean.

A bit about me, I'm a 27-year old dude originally from Hawaii. I'm a very chill, friendly, and reliable roommate. I currently work at a tech company, after doing three years in investment banking (tech M&A). FiDi living is great because it?s the centralized hub for subway transportation in the city; pretty much all major train lines connect through it (1, 2,3, 4,5, 6,A, C,E, J,Z, R, buses, etc). It?s also not as loud as a lot of other parts of the city, so you can actually sleep at night. But you're also five minutes away via cab from SoHo, east village, lower east, west village etc.
