Hi, I have a massive room available for rent in my apartment - available April 1 - Sept 30.

This is the master bedroom with private bathroom. The apt faces the West Side Highway with a big sunny window. You can easily fit a king size bed and lots of furniture.

Rent is not inclusive of utilities (around $90-$120).

The apartment is very large and loft-like with high 10.5 foot ceilings. The California style open kitchen is fully stocked. There is a small living room and a dining area. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment for you to use. Building amenities include: 24 hour doorman, live in super, fitness center, children's playroom, steam room, bike storage and roof deck.

I require 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit.

The Financial District/Battery Park City area is great! The building is 2 blocks from the Hudson River, few blocks from World Financial Center/Brookfield Place, 1 block from the WTC memorial, 4 blocks from Wall Street. It is 1.5 blocks away from the 1, R trains, 4 blocks from 4, 5 train.
