Flex room available in Luxury High Rise FiDi apt!!

This is a one bedroom apartment converted to 2. It's on the 38th floor of a high rise luxury building in the financial district. The building has a 24-hr doorman, gym, lounge, and sun deck. The views are UNBELIEVABLE! You can see the East River from all the windows, it's amazing. There's a flex wall that I already put up, splitting the living room in half, making the flex bedroom 8'x10'. Both rooms have windows. Your room doesn't have a closet, but there's a really nice sized closet in the living room, steps from your door, that would be all yours! There's one full bathroom in the apartment that is newly renovated and gorgeous. The kitchen is great, and has all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, a gas stove/oven, a microwave and a dishwasher! The kitchen has a ton of storage and was also newly remodeled. I found this apartment on my own, so the only "fees" would be first months rent and the security deposit.

I'm looking for a roommate who is fun and outgoing, while being clean and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally a young female professional, in their early 20's, who has a desire to explore the city. I moved to New York from Chicago about 9 months ago, and while I have a few friends in the city, I am always looking to meet new people! No pets, no drugs, and hoping to find someone who won't bring the party back to the apartment.
