This is a historic walk-up (2nd floor) in the seaport, with charm and space like no other. We occupy the entire floor, and have a large kitchen and living room.
About us: 3 working professionals who keep a clean house. We don't bring the party home, but are outgoing and friendly. Evenings will find us in the common area working , reading, or enjoying the 65" TV. We respect each others privacy and all get along well.
Who we are looking for: a clean, responsible (pay your bills on time) Roomie, who doesn't bring the party home. Overnight guests are fine. No couples please.
Minimum 6 month commitment, can be month to month after that. 1 month plus 1 month deposit to move in. Utilities are not included, but usually run around $100 a month (fios, ConEd and shared supplies).
