The apartment building is on Maiden Lane. It is a large 3-bedroom 1 bathroom with central AC and a fresh coat of paint. Shared living room with a great big comfy couch and a 60? flat screen. Cable, Wifi and Apple TV. Every room has a cable box. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cabinet space. The apartment opens up to a large private patio for outdoor space. I have been living in the apartment for 5 years, you would be the third of one male (me) and one female roommate. The current third roommate is moving out, to move in with his friends. The room fits a queen size bed, has a 2 huge windows over looking the private patio. It is an elevator building with a virtual doorman and laundry room on the ground floor.
