We are looking for someone to take on the lease for the master bedroom in our apartment unit (3BR/2BA). The master bedroom has a private, en suite bathroom. Please message me with your timeline, this room is available in February with flexibility to your timeline.
This room is in a luxury, high rise building complete with doormen, gym, lounge, roof-deck, and laundry rooms.
About the Apartment:
We are located in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District. We are a walking distance away from the 123, 456, ACE, RW, JZ subways and M15-SBS bus stops. There are also 3 grocery stores within a 2 minute walk and tons of great fast-casual and sit-down dining options.
About the Master Bedroom/En-Suite Bathroom:
-Floors are dark wood
-One large tall window
-One closet with built in shelves and rack (plenty of space!)
-One shared hall-closet with another roommate for coats and such.
-Your own A/C and heating unit for the room
-Bathroom includes full medicine cabinet and under-sink storage
-Some furniture can come included, please note what you are interested in in your email.

You will be living with two 20-30 year old urban professionals working in software engineering and pharmaceuticals. We are clean and treat the apartment as our place of rest.

-Utilities (only electricity): ~$25-$40 per month, depending on season
What You Need to Move In:
You will be joining the lease, which expires 11/30/2018. You have the option of renewing when the time comes.
