High quality condo building in FiDi

Hi,

Great opportunity if you want to live in a really high end condo building with great amenities, 15 William St. I recently started a tech company and need to trim my living expenses but I would prefer to not leave this apartment as I like it a lot. I?m a very down to earth, easy going Swedish guy. I can be totally stealthy or a fun and social roommate depending on your preference.

The apartment is a 832 sf 1 bedroom and the bedroom is the room I'm renting out. I have put up a thick navy blue curtain as a divider between the living room area and the kitchen that I'm closing during the night. I'm keeping the living room open share it during the day (I'm very tidy). The apartment has a large walk-in closet and three additional closets that I will share equally.
The rooftop has great view of the New York harbor and the world trade centers and the apartment has a partial view of the east river.
