Hey! I?ve just finished dental school and I?m moving to work. Huge Room is available in a 2 bedroom flex ( standard Nyc flex converted with walls (walls go up to the ceiling) and accordion door) for the months of July and August. Chill roommate. Rooftop, resident lounge, free brunch in building first Sunday of every month. 24 hour concierge. Laundry room on the floor. Wash and fold and dry cleaning service provided by concierge. I?m asking for 1550 per month. Both months paid upfront because I?m not collecting security deposit. Fully furnished. Fully stocked kitchen. Cleaning service every two weeks (20 dollars).
