- Mid-rise elevator building, apartment on the 13th floor and quiet.?
- 13 foot ceilings with tons of light and 9 foot windows with built in shades for privacy.?
- Hardwood floors and the common areas and kitchen are furnished/fully equipped.?
- Building has a nice lobby, 2 elevators, laundry facilities and a live-in super.?
- Few minutes walk to Battery Park, Battery Park City, South Street Seaport, World Trade Center, Century 21, Wall Street, Stone Street, Brookfield Plaza, etc...?
- Most major subways (4,5, A, C, E, J, M, Z, R, W,2,3 - Fulton St. Center) are super close, as is the WTC Path/Oculus and Ferries. The transportation means you're minutes from SoHo, Midtown, UES, UWS, all the Villages, Staten Island, Hoboken and Brooklyn.?
