Large room, walk in closet, doorman building w/gym

I'm looking for someone to sign a lease with my roommate for a May 31 start. The building has 24/7 doormen, onsite laundry, a gym with sauna and steam room, and a rooftop with views of the 9/11 memorial and Hudson River. Views of One World Trade from the kitchen. We are 1 minute from the 1 train and 3-5 minutes walk from R, W, 4, 5, and all trains at fulton street. We are just across the street from Battery Park City and about a 5 minute walk to the river. No part of the apartment faces a busy street and we've never been able to hear cars or people from our rooms.

The room itself comfortably fits a Queen/King size bed, desk, and dresser with room to spare and has a large walk-in closet. I'm also happy to leave my furniture- contact for more photos/video/or to set up a showing.

Roommate is a female in her late 20's- She works 9-7 in finance, travels often, and is looking for someone who is clean and respectful.
