Spacious room in lux high rise doorman building

I'm moving out of my room in a luxury high rise doorman building, and am looking for someone to move in. The building amenities are incredible, with a doorman, gym, public social/study space, and a members-only speakeasy. Laundry is in the building. It is centrally located -- a 3 minute walk to the 4-5, right next to the 2-3/J-Z. The room was just painted, easily fits a full bed, has a huge closet and large window that provides amazing natural light and breeze from the 31st floor. The kitchen is also freshly painted and has updated full-size appliances. You'll be living with my current roommate and her sweet dog; I am moving out to be closer to work. I'm looking for a respectful, professional female to take my place.
