Hi, I am looking for someone to sign a full year lease and rent the private, fully furnished room from Sep '19 - Sep '20, start date is flexible. Rent is $2275. The new roommate will have to re-qualify for the apartment with me.

The building is a 5min walk from Fulton Station: 2/3/A/C and a 7min walk to 4/5/R/W and 10min walk to WTC/Path.

We have a 1 bedroom-flex apartment. The actual room is up for grabs. The room has two huge windows and has east exposure, it's a very bright unit. The apartment has water/ Brooklyn bridge views. Our apartment is very spacious, with a home office/foyer space, an open kitchen, closet space and a living room.

I am looking for a female, responsible and clean roommate. I work in finance and my hours are 7-7pm. I am an early riser, ~6am. I cook a lot as well. My parents may visit and staying with me .
