The Room:
We are looking for a third roommate to join us in our high floor luxury apartment, minutes from the 4,5,1, R, and W trains. Our other roommate is moving out, making this a one year sublet from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The available room is a flex room (Alcove - fits full bed) with large closet and AC/heating unit in the room. The living areas of the apartment are furnished.
The Building:
It is a full-service Elevator/Doorman Building. There is laundry on each floor. The building also has a furnished roof deck with a great view of NY harbor and the Statue of Liberty as well as a gym. As of now, the roof deck is under renovation and should be back prior to you moving in. Additionally, there is dry cleaning in the building.
About Us:
Both of us are in our early 20's and work in finance. Between work and travel, we are not in the apartment all that much during the week. We are looking for a clean, respectful roommate that is easy to get along with.
