Looking for Roommates in Manhattan FiDi!

Hi NYC friends! I am looking for 2 roommates in a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the Financial District starting available Immediately. It’ss a doorman building with elevators, gym, rooftop with water views, business center, laundry, playroom for kids, pet friendly. The apartment itself has super high (14’) ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, high ceilings, great view, and amazing sunlight. Each room is about 9’ by 13’ (fits queen bed and a lot more) and has a huge window with unobstructed view and sunlight. I also have a super adorable cat who will do tricks, play fetch, and cuddle up with you with when work is stressing you out.

I’m a female professional who’s clean (but not a neat freak) and quiet. I have a lot of hobbies and would be happy to either socialize or keep to ourselves.

$1300/room plus utilities.
