Large Flex Bedroom in Luxury Building

Large flex bedroom available starting September 1st (or sooner)-October 2020.. The current lease ends on August 31st so you would be renewing the lease with me! The building is conveniently located near the Fulton Street Station, Seaport and Wall Street. Amenities include pool, lounges, gym, and rooftop terrace.

The bedroom does not have a door but you can easily have one installed. Right now the bedroom fits a queen sized bed, dresser, clothing rack and vanity. The apartment is decent sized and has a fairly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Rent does not include utilities but they typically do not exceed more than $50 a month.

I am a senior at F. I. T. majoring in advertising & marketing! I am very quiet and travel quite often so I tend not to be here on the weekends. I am very neat and very rarely cook! I have lived here for just about a year and absolutely love the building and location.
