Hi!! We are two professional women, ages 28 and 29, looking for a third roommate in our two bedroom (flex 3), two bath apartment. The available room is the flex room.

To tell you about us, we?re originally from the Midwest and have lived at this apartment for two years. We are working professionals. For our apartment, the rooftop is amazing and the space has a few lounges, a gym, laundry center, lap pool, and optional storage. A grocery store, soul cycle, and many food options are less than a block away.

We both like to go for great dinners + drinks with friends, but also like a night in. We don?t bring the party back to our apartment much, but we like to have fun and our rooftop is great to have a few friends over! We keep the place clean and expect the same for our new roommate. All /kitchen areas and bathrooms are fully furnished.

For the building approval process, there is a quick application online before being accepted (standard process for NYC). If you need to move in prior to Sept 30, let us know and we are flexible.
