Large Real Bedroom Available ASAP

My roommate recently got a new job and has to move out so I?m looking for a new roommate. It?s right by battery park downtown on the 17th floor.

I have it listed at $1550 a month, but the rent is technically $1650. It has all utilities included (heat, electricity, water, AC, WiFi, cable and a free beautiful gym) which would total at least $100 in any other apartment. The open room for rent is the real bedroom The room is huge at 13?2? x 10?4? and has a closet but no window. I currently have the flex room but it?s at the total other side of the apartment so it has never been an issue.

The full apartment is ~700 square feet.

The building has elevators, full-time doorman, bike room, community recreation room, laundry in building, gym, concierge service, large patio and a rooftop deck with stunning views of the statue of liberty.
