Bedroom and private bathroom in doorman building

My roommate and I are looking for a third female to join us in our beautiful apartment at 200 Water Street. Our place is very spacious with two bathrooms, two true bedrooms and third flex room. The room we are looking to fill is one of the true bedrooms and has amazing views of the Brooklyn bridge, hardwood floors and a closet. Whoever moves in will also have their own bathroom down the hall from the room. The apartment is in a doorman building with access to a lounge, gym, laundry room and rooftop. Lastly, we would like to find someone for a 3 month sublease but are open to renewing for a full year starting January 1, 2020.
