1 Bedroom available in FiDi Luxury Bldg

We are looking for a roommate who could move in Nov 1 (Flexible before or after) we can do either month to month or long term(preferred).

The apartment has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The building has a gym, pool, lounge areas and a great roof deck. You may access them at no extra cost. The laundry facility is within the building and is card operated.

We are a clean and peaceful apartment. Two of us(Joe and Chuck) work in sales, another(Niki) is an architect. The common spaces are always kept clean and is professionally cleaned at least once a month.

The building is close to the WTC, Fulton St, Wall St and Brooklyn bridge stations. There are 3 supermarkets close to the apartment. Many restaurants and bars are located very close to the apartment building.
