Looking for someone to sublet my room in FiDi for approximately 3-4 months (move-in date is flexible around November 8th give or take, move-out between January 31st and February 28th). It's a huge 14' by 12' bedroom with 11' ceilings and an enormous 8' by 8' window (yes actually). Large living room with a comfortable couch/ottoman, dining room table, entertainment setup (TV, Bluetooth soundbar, PS4), and kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher). The apartment/bedroom comes fully furnished and has plenty of closet space.

The building is dope. It's a full-service (doorman) elevator building in the heart of the Financial District with a rooftop terrace (ideal for drinks and grilling), gym, sprawling amenity floor/common areas (complete with golf simulator, game room, and large main lounge), laundry in-building (there's even in-house dry-cleaning and laundry services), and a super attentive maintenance staff. Close to just about every major subway line (2, 3, J, Z, 4, 5, R, W, 1, A, C and PATH).

You would be sharing the apartment with my current roommate who is in his mid 30s and works in accounting.
