I'm looking for another female in the mid to late 20s/early 30s to join me on a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment in FiDi, specifically on Fulton St!
I'm helping my broker find another person because I cannot actually move in without the other roommate on board.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT: Heat and hot water are included, laundry in the building (basement), and virtual doorman. There is no common area, but there is a little alcove in the kitchen. Your room would not not have a closet and is unfurnished, however it's a decent size and has a large window.

NEARBY: Trains accessible are the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J and Z. The apartment is in the heart of lower Manhattan/FiDi, which allows amazing views of the WTC, Oculus, great shopping and plenty of food options. There is a liquor store immediately downstairs from the main entrance of the building. The area is buzzing with energy, which I love!
ABOUT ME: I'm a 26, going on 27 in November, female working in finance in midtown. I consider myself to be pretty friendly and outgoing, but also enjoy my alone time to recharge.
