Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom starting Jan. 2020 - end of July 2020. (take over lease) Move in date can be flexible. 3 other Christian/Korean American roommates. They are very nice and clean. I've been living with them for the past 3-5 years. Everyone is usually very busy, no one is ever really home.
Room: Large TRUE bedroom, 2 large closets in room, bight sunny room, large windows overlooking the Brooklyn bridge/East River. I can leave my bed/shelving furniture if desired.
Doorman, luxury building, flex 4 bedroom apartment. 2 Bathrooms, 2 people per bathroom. Have shared living room area and nice/modern kitchen. Building has gym, lounge, laundry room, rooftop w/ grill/sun chairs/cabanas/etc.
Location: Fidi by the Seaport District. Steps away from great restaurants, bars, shopping! (literally)
Subways: close walking distance to a lot of the express / local trains including A/C/2/3/4/5/R/W/J/Z.
Price: $1650 per month, usually under $1700 with utilities/wifi.
