Roommates for large rooms in Luxury Building

We are looking for 2 female roommates preferably in their 20s and 30s who can show proofs of an annual income of at least 80K and with good credit. We are signing a new 12 months lease!

Room #1 - $1900
The room is spacious with a built-in closet. It can easily fit a bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand. It lets in a lot of natural light and overlooks the Brooklyn Bridge and the water!

Room #2 - $2000
The room is spacious also with a built-in closet and a PRIVATE BATHROOM in the room.

The apartment is shared with two girls who are super easy going and very friendly. The building has amazing views of Brooklyn, midtown and the freedom tower. There are gas grills you can use on the roof and a ton of awesome furniture up there. The building offers a doorman, gym, residents lounge, dry cleaning/tailoring service, and there is also a Duane Reade and Starbucks right downstairs.

The A/C/2/3/4/5/J/Z trains at Fulton Street are all located a 5-7 minute walk away. A full grocery store is a two-minute walk away, and there are a ton of food options in the area.
