Looking for Roommate in Flex Room

(Note: the party photos are from 2019. Also that is only one of the the two large parties we've ever had. Generally low key and keep to small pregames infrequently, post covid)

Luxury building in the Financial District w/ Doorman, in-building laundry, and rooftop with grills and 360 views of One World Trade and surroundings. (Gym and Lounge closed for COVID currently).

Move-in needed by March 1st. This flex room is furnished with a full bed as well as a TV and dresser for storage. You would share one of the large hall closets for additional storage. There is a small gap between the flex wall and the windows, as it is built over the shared AC/Heat unit.

The building was renovated a few years ago, we have been the only tenants in this unit since so everything is in great condition; the kitchen, bathroom, etc is fully stocked with everything you could need. ALL utilities are included in your rent (including common household items like garbage bags, paper towels, etc). This a great price for what you get.

Please note, however, this is month-to-month and you would not be on the lease. 30-day notice required for move-out.

We'd love to welcome another gay male into our home, but are also open to any guy who is a gay ally! You must be a non-cigarette smoker since one roommate is weirdly allergic to the smell of even second-hand cigarette smoke.
